HOW MENTALLY TOUGH ARE YOU?

Mental Toughness is more than just a word. It is what sets you apart from your competitors. It is your ability to rebound back from failures, accomplish your athletic goals, handle pressure with grace, have confidence that can’t be shaken, and a focus that drives you to work harder. Mental Toughness can be achieved by any athlete. The saying that sport is 80% Mental, and 20% Physical is no joke!

Even the athlete with all the talent in the world will not be able to showcase their potential without mental toughness. Sport Psychology is a proactive science, basically a “cheat sheet” that provides the answers to future athletic performance struggles. Let’s not wait until you find yourself head-to-head with an obstacle before you seek out sport psychology training.

You will be taking a Mental Toughness Quiz to determine how mentally tough you are in your sport or professional career.

The quiz is composed of questions geared towards discovering how you handle mistakes, challenges, maintain focus, test your confidence, and utilize your motivation. No question is “right” or “wrong”, so please answer as honestly as possible.
